Our living room features the artistry of the craftsmen of San Cristobal plus a well-edited assemblage of vintage furniture and art objects collected from our travels to Spain, Turkey, Turkmenistan, the Philippines, as well as other countries. Immerse yourself in our beautiful coffee table books on Chiapas and Mexico, or our books on world renowned artists. Curl up in front of the fireplace and enjoy some quiet time before you dip back into the lively streets of San Cristóbal.
Our kitchen celebrates all that a Mexican cocina offers – tradition and beauty enhanced by delicious aromas and local culinary delights. Breakfast is included in your stay. We are also happy to create a picnic or snack pack for day trips to the many cultural, historical, and natural wonders of Chiapas. You´re always welcome to pop in and say “Hi” to the chef!

Reception
The patio on the southern rooftop has a beautiful garden, fountain, and an unparalleled panoramic view of San Cristóbal. From there you can watch the morning clouds caress the town or the evening sun paint an orange sky as it dips behind the mountain. Smoking is allowed only on the roof top patio.
Late 19th century carved altar table at the end of the walkway anchors an intimate sitting area composed of delightful vignettes from different cultures.
Patio Verde has open and sheltered spaces for relaxing. Enjoy a beverage as you share with fellow travelers the day’s activities and adventures to come. On warm mornings you can enjoy breakfast outside, and on crisp evenings you can sit in front of the fireplace and relax.
